·         The saving rate of people is dropping because people started consuming more and save less which therefore increased in retail sector.
·         He is a strong believer of outsourcing of goods. As he says I am not a retailer, I am a brand creator for food products.
·         The idea behind his Chinese food parks is how to bring down supply chain cost.
·         He is a very good investor, which he has proved over the period of time. They invested in ethnic wear in two companies when they were 10 percent of the size they are today/
·         He doesn’t look for growth, he looks for leadership style. He follows some leaders such as Anil Agarwal for his perseverance, patients and focus. Mukesh Ambani for his fearless attitude and believes in himself.
A great leader is one who learns different leadership style from different leader and uses it in his own way. Leader should always aspire for the best and focus on company mission and vision. As employees play a major role in the company, one should never ignore employee’s welfare activities and motivate them whenever needed, as they are the one who represents the company to consumer.
